Social Wahines is the brainchild of local girl, Danielle Scherman.
Originally from Kailua (Oahu), she has been living in New York City
since 2003, where she founded and currently manages several
Headquarters (www.EventHeadquarters.com) and Hamptons
Undercover (www.HamptonsUndercover.com). Having been a member
of many social networking groups in Manhattan, she decided to bring
home with her New York's spirit of networking in the form of “Social
Wahines”. She felt Hawaii was lacking an avenue for young
professional women to network and socialize with each other and
decided to make a change.
